Mt Tabor is designed for cats who benefit from private territory with distinct environmental options. Some cats regulate through height and movement. Others prefer a floor lounge, a wall of windows, steady aquarium viewing, or a larger family room with multiple resting zones.
Care remains feline-only, routine-based, and observational. Stable medical or medication needs may be considered through the request review; diabetic and higher-acuity care is routed to Sellwood.
Care boundary: Portland Cat Boarding and Cats in the City provide boarding, observation, medication support, and guardian/veterinary coordination. Boarding does not replace diagnosis, emergency care, or treatment by a licensed veterinarian. Every medical boarding request is reviewed for fit and current stability.
